All team building challenges are paired with either lunch or dinner!
Cooking Class
During our cooking class, students will work together to create three dishes. Each student will get a generous taste of each dish made. Delicious dishes are about more than recipes it is about techniques. The chef will be there to answer any questions you may have about creating the perfect dish.
Mixology Course
The Craft Cocktails Mixology class is a social, entertaining, hands-on demonstration and coaching of techniques to prepare flavorful, well-balanced craft cocktails. You’ll enjoy real cocktail tastings and appetizers throughout the class. Practice techniques that will ensure your cocktails are a hit the next time you’re shaking up drinks for your friends, family and yourself.
Mystery Box Challenge
Challenge:
Guest are split into teams and given a box of ingredients; they are tasked with creating a recipe, cooking and plating the dish during the allotted time.
When the time runs out, each team will present their dish to the judges. Following the challenge, the judges will reveal the winning team.
Team Taste Bud Challenge
Challenge:
Individuals are broken down into teams to compete in a taste bud challenge. One member from each team will line up in front of the chef's table to be blindfolded and given a tasting spoonful of a basic cooking ingredient. Each team member, still blindfolded. must write down what they think the ingredient is. Teams are trying to get as many right answers as possible in order to receive points.
Curve Ball Kitchen
Challenge:
Participants are split into teams and given a box of ingredients; they are tasked with creating a recipe, cooking and plating the dish during the allotted time. Curve balls will be thrown in during the challenge. Each team draws a curveball from our bowl to give to an opposing team.
Examples: take away one ingredient, team can't talk for one round, trade one ingredient out, substitute one ingredient.
When the time runs out, each team will present their dish to the judges. Following the challenge, the judges will reveal the winning team.
